Mission

"Farmville DVN"  is a volunteer-led,  grassroots initiative that supports detainees and their families with visits, companionship, and modest financial support.  Volunteers come from many locations, including Farmville, Charlottesville, and Lynchburg and from varied professional paths including medical and mental health professionals, clergy,  good neighbors, and friends. Our growth and inspiration comes from our compassion and partnership with others.
