FDVN LEADERSHIP TRIO:
Visitation Coordinator: Elizabeth H. Gay - As co-owner of Psychotherapy Resources of Norfolk & Charlottesville (and with an extensive history in the healing arts), Elizabeth's professional path led her to trauma work and the creation of a Trauma Recovery Center. Her prison work includes teaching classes at the Albemarle/Charlottesville Regional Jail (Trauma Recovery, Anger Management, and Parenting classes) and leading meditation groups at the Fluvanna Women's Correctional Center. As she witnessed the lacunae in our justice system that targeted our most vulnerable residents, she joined the DC Detention & Visitation Network. She completed training from amazing mentors to be allowed to visit detained men at the Farmville Detention Center. In September 2025, she became the Founder and Visitation Coordinator for the Farmville Detention Visitation Network. Her prayer... May justice and freedom prevail for every living being on Planet Earth.
Outreach & Education Coordinator: Allison Crews is a cultivator of community wellness & a compassionate, curious activist. Her passion is to live healthier & more meaningful lives together. Spreading joy, love & peace are her pastimes.
Faith Group Coordinator: Gene Locke was a hospital chaplain, clinical pastoral educator, and pastoral counselor before retiring and moving to the Charlottesville area in 2011. He is active in the life and work of Westminster Presbyterian Church and serves as a liaison with faith groups for the FDVN.
